Delivery Method

If you purchase a single purchase of over NT$2,000 in Taiwan (including outlying islands), Hong Kong, and Macau, you can enjoy free shipping.

  • Delivery to your home: Credit card payment/payment on pickup. If the single purchase is less than 2,000 yuan, a shipping fee of 80~150 yuan will be charged (depending on the size of the product)
  • Supermarket pick-up: credit card payment/pick-up payment, single purchase less than 2,000 yuan will be charged a shipping fee of 60 yuan

- Home delivery cannot specify [morning and afternoon] or [delivery time]

- Home delivery will not be delivered on Saturdays and Sundays

Product delivery instructions

[Delivery to your home]

  • Weekday ordering and delivery: After completing the ordering process, the goods will be shipped within 1-3 days according to the order order, and can be delivered to the designated address 1-2 days after shipment. If you choose gift packaging, shipment will be delayed by 1-2 days. The shipping working day is Monday to Friday, and no shipments are made on weekends. If there are any shortages, defects, etc., we will contact you by phone or email.
  • Ordering and delivery on weekends and national holidays: For orders placed between 12 noon on Friday and 12 noon on Sunday, we will process the packaging and shipment for you on the next Monday in accordance with the order sequence. If it falls on a national holiday, shipment will be postponed to normal working days. Please forgive me.
  • Delivery time in Taiwan: The product together with the invoice will be delivered within 1-2 days after shipment in Taipei City; in other areas of Taiwan (excluding remote and outlying islands), it will be delivered within 1-3 days after shipment; in the main island of Taiwan For remote areas and outlying islands, the delivery time will need to be adjusted depending on the delivery situation, and delivery on weekends and national holidays cannot be specified.
  • Delivery logistics: Taiwan's main island area cooperates with home delivery freight for delivery. If home delivery freight cannot be cooperated during certain holidays or regions, other logistics will be used instead. In order to deliver the goods to you faster in the Taipei City area, some shipments will be delivered by motorcycle express.
  • Shipping to overseas areas: Please see international shipping instructions.
  • Other delays: Due to specific events and holidays, shipments may increase. We will make separate announcements and try our best to complete shipments on normal delivery days. If there are a large number of orders, the shipment may be delayed by 1-2 days, please forgive me. If there is insufficient inventory, defects, etc. when the product is being prepared for shipment, we will have a dedicated person notify you to confirm the shipment.
  • Special schedule shipment requirements: If the shipment volume is large during certain holidays, such as the Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day, Christmas, and major events, we will send additional manpower for packaging and shipment. Occasionally, the logistics business volume will be large. We apologize for any delay in delivery and please inform us of your needs and inquire about the delivery status at any time.

[Supermarket pick-up]

  • You can choose the nearest 7-11 or FamilyMart store as the pickup location. (Some stores in some areas do not provide supermarket pickup service)

  • Pick-up notification: When the goods you ordered arrive at the designated supermarket store, the ezship system will notify you by email to pick up the goods. You can go to pick up the goods with your identity document within 5 days of receiving the notification.

Unified invoice

Invoices will be issued for purchases of regular-priced goods, and the invoices will be shipped together with the ordered goods.

  • Unified number: If you need a unified number on your invoice, please enter the unified number under "Select billing and invoice address" during checkout.
  • International orders: If the orderer is from an overseas area and requires a formal Invoice, please write to us in advance.
  • Invoice changes: If the invoice information you receive is incorrect, missing or damaged, please tell us within 7 days of receipt and we will handle it for you immediately. If the invoice is older than 7 days, due to accounting processing factors, we will not be able to change or reissue it for you, so please be careful.

Order Tracking

  • Members: Please log in as a member and go to "My Orders" directly in the member information to check your order records.
  • Non-members: please contact directly For inquiries, contact LINE customer service @lpfclub or write to cs@lovepetfamily.com . If you need to return/exchange goods, please provide the order number, orderer's name, phone number and description of the reason, and we will have a dedicated person make arrangements for you.
